This one was a movie.

Former One Percent All-Stars Mack Smink (3d New England / Princeton) and Leif Anderson (Eclipse / Notre Dame) spent the better part of the Noble & Greenough vs. Deerfield game locked up against each other.

Smink, one of the country’s best feeders in the senior class, went off for three goals and a pair of assists. Anderson, ranked the No. 1 close defenseman in the junior class by the NLF, held his own as well and made Smink earn every one of his points.

Smink was a summer of 2024 One Percent All-Star. He thrived at the event, showing off unbelievable vision to go with the toughness around the cage to offset his lack of prototypical size. Anderson earned the ’27 Defensive MVP honors that summer with a dominant all-around performance that featured a game where he also scored four goals.
