McCrone looks like your protoypical ACC midfielder with her height and athleticism. She can run the open field, explode through small cracks in the defense and also assert herself defensively. She draws very early slides off the dodge and can make plays as both a scorer and a feeder. McCrone is impactful between the lines and also does a nice job of cutting off ball. This spring, she scored 49 goals and added 16 helpers and 117 draw controls for the Group 4 state champs.
